Customer Service
We strive to make every client feel as if they were part of the MCR family. We speak to our clients on a regular basis to ensure our focus is in their key areas. Each Manager and staff member completes an extensive customer service training where they receive the knowledge and values that has taken MCR more than 20 years to build. In addition, we send out customer surveys to all clientele on a quarterly basis to ensure employee performance, workmanship, and overall client satisfaction.

Welding Specialist
The successful candidate should be a certified welder and have experience with minor fabrication, stick or MIG welding.
Requirements:
• Minor Metal Fabrication Experience
• Stick & MIG Welding Experience
• Ability to stand for an 8 hour shift and lift up to 50lbs.
• Valid Driver's license & commitment to a drug-free work place
Painting Specialist
A successful candidate should have experience with airless spray on fabricated metal parts - Minimum of 2 years.
Requirements:
• Ability to stand for an 8 hour shift and lift up to 50lbs.
• Valid Driver's license & commitment to a drug-free work place
Field Assistants
A successful candidate would be responsible for assisting with welding and painting work required, cut metel, remove stickers and labels, establish proper fit for weld patches, operate forklifts to move containers and material and perform other department related tasks as directed.Requirements:
• Ability to stand for an 8 hour shift and lift up to 50lbs.
• Valid Driver's license & commitment to a drug-free work place
